　　该系统需在海洋高盐雾、高湿、强腐蚀与持续颠簸环境下稳定运行，物料常属易燃易爆或有毒性质，因此必须具备本质安全设计，满足最高等级防爆、防火与泄漏防护要求。所有设备、材料及施工均须通过以下认证：

　　船级社认证：CCS或DNV、ABS等国际船级社产品与安装认证;

　　防爆认证：核心设备持有ATEX、IECEx或中国防爆认证;

　　行业规范：严格遵守IMO、海上安全及中石化海上工程管理标准。

　　同时，系统需高度集成以适应轮船有限空间，实现精准计量与无残留输送，并具备高可靠性与低维护需求，关键部件采用冗余设计，确保长期稳定运行。

　　The system must operate stably in harsh marine environments characterized by high salt spray, high humidity, strong corrosion, and continuous turbulence. The materials handled are often flammable, explosive, or toxic, necessitating inherently safe design to meet the highest standards of explosion-proofing, fire prevention, and leak protection. All equipment, materials, and construction must obtain the following certifications:

　　Classification Society Certification: Product and installation certification from CCS or international classification societies such as DNV or ABS.

　　Explosion-Proof Certification: Core equipment must hold ATEX, IECEx, or Chinese explosion-proof certification.

　　Industry Standards: Strict compliance with IMO regulations, maritime safety standards, and Sinopec offshore engineering management standards.

　　Furthermore, the system must be highly integrated to adapt to the limited space onboard ships, enabling precise measurement and residue-free transfer. It must also feature high reliability and low maintenance requirements, with critical components incorporating redundant design to ensure long-term, stable operation.
